Overview
The Client is developing a high-end mixed-use resort on an area of approximately 100 hectares. The resort will consist of a luxury landmark hotel (branded and operated by a renowned international hotel operator), a number of chalets and private luxury villas divided into three residential areas along with added value facilities (wellness clinic and similar).
Solution
The project was executed in 5 phases: project inception, evaluation of market potential, revision of proposed concept, investment and management plan and financial evaluation.
