New owners, which acquired LRH at the end of 2019, started a process of major business restructuring. In doing this, Liburnia Riviera Hoteli d.d. appointed HHTL to support the Owner and LRH management in defining and achieving Company`s vision and strategy.

Scope of work includes: Strategic development and management support, (including development of comprehensive strategic business plan), Client’s properties investments planning and branding support, Support and monitoring Client to improve its business performance and Opatija Destination competitiveness building support.
