Digital strategy for Istria County – Istria County, Croatia
Horwath HTL was appointed by regional tourist board on an innovative project aimed at providing optimal solutions for enhancing Istria’s performances in digital sphere as a leading tourism region.
Description of Project
The goal of the project was to define the digital vision, strategy and key strategic initiatives to increase the effectiveness of a marketing campaigns, align the digital portfolios and customer expectations and increase the excellence of digital channel management processes. Horwath HTL also defined the concept of web platforms and social networks management, initiatives and creative concepts for meeting strategic goals and the implementation of the initiative.
