Overview
Horwath HTL was engaged by the Government of the Republic of Serbia to prepare mountain resort development plan for Kopaonik Mountain.
Description of Project
The task was to perform situation analysis, elaborate market study, propose vision, positioning and development strategy. Horwath HTL proposed implementation plan with management model, responsibilities of key stakeholders and development dynamics.
