Description of Project
Horwath HTL has been engaged to develop a strategic and operational marketing plan for 4 main source markets for the upcoming period. Strategic marketing plan reviews existing vision and positioning and defined strategic objectives as well as growth model. Operational marketing plan covered full scope of Zagreb’s marketing activities and matched specific tourism products with focus markets.
