Overview
Horwath HTL is an advisor to the Government of Montenegro for the privatization of the largest hotel company in the country with 6 hotels and over 1,600 rooms and significant non-operating assets.
Solution
The project envisages the sale of the majority share (58.73% of the total capital) owned by the state of Montenegro, through an international public tender. Project documentation and an Investment Teaser is prepared and distributed to relevant global and regional hotel companies.
