Horwath HTL was appointed in order to define tourism development plan strongly focused on product development and destination management.
Description of Project
Horwath HTL defined the tourism development plan which consists of detailed as is analysis, identified key tourism products and assessment of tourism potential. Developing vision, mission and tourism goals were set and marketing and branding strategies by 2021 were defined. Strategies for development of three key tourism products (city break, medical tourism and MICE) were developed as well as new DMO system for Nur-Sultan Convention Bureau.
