The Croatian National Tourist Bord hired Horwath HTL to conduct an analysis of the existing system of web portals of the destinations on the national, regional and local level
Description of Project
Main aim of the project was to set basis for planning of development of the public e-services: tourist information portal and guidelines for the integration of the system of tourist boards as part of the Croatian digital tourism project. The project activities included: analysis of current web portals of tourist boards in Croatia at national, regional and local levels, benchmarking and best practices analysis, analysis of key users and their types and ways they access information online.
