Description of Project
Horwath HTL was appointed to establish new entity (OTCB) that would be responsible for tourism marketing and branding of Sultanate of Oman. The Consultant was tasked to define vision and mission of the new organization, its scope of work, main responsibilities, financing model, organization structure and internal processes. Also, one of the key duties was to determine job description for each position within the new organization. In parallel to the project course, legal support of disclosing viable legal forms of the new organization was provided as well. Detailed steps for OTCB implementation were provided as the final component of the project.
