Tourism development strategy of Republic of Slovenia 2017 – 2021 – Slovenia

Overview
Horwath HTL, along with the Faculty of Economics Ljubljana (University of Ljubljana) has been appointed by the Slovenian Ministry of Economic Development and Technology to develop the national tourism strategy until 2021.

Description of project
The strategy aimed to propose sustainable development policies, measures and activities that would enable reaching Slovenian green tourism vision by 2021. The strategy was based on highly interactive and collaborative process with all national stakeholders’ groups, resulting with innovative, inclusive and highly implementable document.
Investment strategy of the project was focused on definition of state-level priority projects to be undertaken in following period resulting with comprehensive list of projects for international investment promotion.
