Overview
Horwath HTL was invited to perform valuation of one of the largest tourism companies in Croatia, with portfolio consisting of > 10 hotels / resorts / villas with total capacity of over 1,500 units, 20 commercial outlets and one development land.
Solution
The methodology used for estimation of value for hotels is based on DCF approach taking into consideration full utilization of the property, in line with RICS Valuation Standards. The result of the project was valuation of the whole portfolio.
